The Title will formally transfer to the Customer when possession of the Unit is offered along with the Sub-Lease Deed for the said Unit is executed between the Developer and the Customer.

An Indian Citizen who stays abroad for (a) employment/ carrying on business or (b) vacation outside India or (c) stays abroad under circumstances indicating an intention for an uncertain duration of stay abroad is a non-resident. Person-of-Indian Origin can be people who are citizens of a foreign country, but who was born in India or whose father and forefathers were of Indian origin.To be considered a PIO the foreign national must register with the appropriate Indian authorities and obtain the PIO Card. PIO Card holders are granted the same benefits that are extended to a NRI.
